Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit of £16 is required to secure all appointments and will go toward your service total. The remaining payment is due at your appointment. Cash or Transfer

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee and will be charged to the card on file.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late fee will apply, and your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

After your appointment may be cancelled.

A patch test is recommended, especially for first-time clients. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. Any concerns must be reported within 24-48 hours of assessment and, where appropriate, for poor aftercare or maintenance. No full or partial refunds will be offered under any circumstances once the service has been completed.
